What is Vedic Maths
Vedic Mathematics is an ancient system of math based on 16 Sutras (aphorisms) and 13 Sub-Sutras, rediscovered by Jagadguru Swami Bharati Krishna Tirthaji in the early 20th century.
Unlike traditional math, which often relies on step-by-step written methods, Vedic Math offers quick mental shortcuts and intuitive methods that work for everything — from basic arithmetic to algebra, calculus, and more.

Vedic Formula to find the cube root of a perfect cube
Step 1: Check the last digit of the number and find the relevant pair
from the cube table.
(This forms the second digit of the answer)
Step 2: Now eliminate the last three digits and look for the remaining digit
in the cube table for the minimum cube root value.
(This forms the first digit of the answer)
Let us find the cube root of 9261
Step 1: Check the last digit of the number and find the relevant pair from the cube table.
Relevant pair= 1
(This forms the second digit of the answer)
Step 2: Now eliminate the last three digits & look for the remaining digit in the cube table for the minimum cube root value.
Minimum cube root value = 2
(This forms the first digit of the answer)
So, the answer is 21
Let us find the cube root of 21952
Step 1: Check the last digit of the number and find the relevant pair from the cube table.
Relevant pair= 8
(This forms the second digit of the answer)
Step 2: Now eliminate the last three digits & look for the remaining digit in the cube table for the minimum cube root value.
Minimum cube root value = 2
(This forms the first digit of the answer)
So, the answer is 28
